INHOUSE TRAINING 

Definition
In-house training is a customized training solution for a single customer, built from our existing course portfolio and adapted to specific requirements. It can be delivered on-site, at a mutually agreed location, or online.

Pricing
Price quotations are based on a minimum of 10 participants. An additional fee applies for each participant above this number. Groups larger than 20 participants require a new quotation. All prices are VAT exempt.

The standard inhouse price quotation will include the following;

• Course documents/printed lecture notes for each participant.
• Shipping
• Instructor honorarium
• Instructor half-board accommodation and travel costs.
  
  

The price does not include:

• Conference room hire, if onsite. 
• Refreshments for morning and afternoon breaks
• Teaching equipment: 1 LCD-projector + 1 screen + flipchart or whiteboard.

Terms of Payment
Upon confirmation of the order, 50% of the course fee will be invoiced. The remaining 50%, together with any additional participant fees, will be invoiced upon completion of the course. Payment is due within 30 days net.

The total number of participants must be confirmed no later than 10 days before the course start date.

Cancellation of Firm Booking 
In case of cancellation of Firm Order, there will be a 50 % cancellation charge up to 4 weeks prior to course start. Full price will be charged if the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to course start.

Conditions
Recording or other documentation of the inhouse training is not allowed.

Force Majeure
CEI-Continuing Education Institute shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under any agreement or booking relating to in-house training where such delay or failure results from an event of Force Majeure. Force Majeure includes, but is not limited to, war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control that prevents or materially impedes the delivery of the training.

In such cases, CEI-Continuing Education Institute shall be relieved from its obligations for the duration and to the extent of the Force Majeure event, provided that the effects could not reasonably have been foreseen or avoided. CEI-Continuing Education Institute shall notify the Client without undue delay and make reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

If the Force Majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the relevant agreement or booking upon written notice. In such case, CEI-Continuing Education Institute shall be entitled to payment for any services already performed, including reasonable costs incurred in preparation of the training. Any remaining prepaid fees for services not yet delivered shall be refunded.

POLICY FOR E-LEARNING COURSES

What the e-Learning Course Fee Includes 
When you pay for an e-Learning  course, you will have access to all of the features and content you need to earn a e-Learning Course Certificate. If you complete the course successfully, you will receive an electronic Certificate. Note that the e-Learning Course Certificate does not represent official academic credit.

Refund Policy
Continuing Education Institute does not offer refunds for payments made on a subscription plan. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the subscription period.

Payment by Credit Cards
Payment can be done with credit cards via Stripe.

Payment by Invoice

If you need additional time to complete the course
You just subscribe for an additional period.  

Code of Conduct
All students participating in an e-Learning course must agree to abide by the following code of conduct:

• I will register for only one account.
• Only myself is allowed to follow the e-Learning course.
• My answers to quizzes, exams, and other assignments will be my own work.
• I will not make solutions to quizzes, exams, and other assignments available to anyone. This includes both solutions written by me, as well as any solutions provided by the course staff or others.
• I will not engage in any other activities that will dishonestly improve my results or dishonestly improve or hurt the results of others.
